Great gringo hotel!
They treat the gringos good. Most of the staff speak English. All are very kind and well presented. It’s a tight ship. Rooms are clean. Requests are fulfilled without hesitation. I’ve been there for business most weeks since April. Nice place.
Great stay
The hotel is very nice, rooms are large and comfortable. I love the huge windows that allows you to see the city and mountains.
The food at the restaurant is good.

Service and facilities are superb.
I went to celebrate my birthday and personnel was very attentive. I stayed at a wellness suite and loved the idea of being able to use the spa facilities at any time. Everything is excellent. l would definitely stay again. They just forgot to have the healthy snacks but I called and brought the right away. Other than that I have no complaints
