A tradition of winemaking rituals during the "La Vendimia" festivities, we will begin by inviting you to sit in a comfortable armchair to store your footwear and to be part of a traditional ritual of the old wine-making process "The vintage" when the grapes are stepped on to make an extract rich in phenols from the skin of the grape. This adventure continues with a Reflexology Massage followed by a Wine Tasting pairing of three of the best award-winning wines from Valle de Guadalupe in Baja, carefully selected by our Sommelier. A luxury signature menu with Mexican influences from the Pacific basin, with a main dish prepared in front of you by your personal chef. It is a truly indescribable experience, especially when it is under the panoramic sky of stars where the desert meets the ocean in this place called Los Cabos.
